Ingredients

* 1 Pound Shrimp -- split in half
* 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
* 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
* 2 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
* 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
* 5 Large Radishes -- finely chopped
* Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
Soak the shrimp in vinegar for 40 minutes. In medium skillet, saute garlic, onion and radishes in oil for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and serve.
