Pork With Vermicelli
Ingredients
* 1 Medium Egg -- beaten
* 1 Pound Ground Pork
* 1 Stalk Celery -- finely chopped
* 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
* 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
* 1 Teaspoon Salt
* 1 Teaspoon Pepper
* 3 Cups Water
* 1 Bundle Vermicelli
Directions
Mix pork, egg, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Bring water to a boil and add meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add vermicelli and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serves 4
